Abstract:
To create an archive of photo-documentary images documenting and analyzing aspects of cultural and other changes taking place in the period before and after the transfer of sovereignty.

Abstract:
To document and analyse the art produced in Hong Kong since 1 July 1997 when China resumed sovereignty over the territory. It will be particularly concerned to uncover relationships between the history of Hong Kong art and the broader patterns of cultural and political change taking place.
