To enhance the current IDEAL 3.0 Na[iuml]ve Bayes classification engine with incremental learning function to make it adaptive to the changing environment; to implement an unsupervised text classification based on the new clustering algorithm, Variable Weighting [kappa]-prototypes algorithm recently developed by ETI and Math department of HKU (pending for patent application); to develop an ITF proposal in the area of e-learning and knowledge management. |
